Our office at 1515 W 10th St Ste F, Joplin, MO, is the hub for walk-in appointments, DOT and non-DOT testing, DNA collection, and mobile service coordination. Open Monday through Friday with flexible hours and after-hours availability for urgent needs.

Mobile Testing: We Come to You

For businesses managing multiple employees, remote work sites, or time-sensitive DOT post-accident requirements, our mobile testing team can perform on-site collections at public and business locations. (Note: residential testing is not currently available.) This keeps your team compliant without the downtime of off-site appointments.

While our roots are in Joplin, our lab and collection-site network allows us to coordinate reliable, accredited testing for clients and businesses anywhere in the country — ideal for companies with employees or contractors outside the Joplin area, or families with out-of-state testing needs.
